This policy explains how YTH Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701045558 (1259731-H)), which operates the Missy Pyjamas brand ("we", "us"), handles personal data. We follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your name or username, contact details and the content of your message.

When you comment on our TikTok videos, we read the comments left on videos posted by our own TikTok accounts (@missypyjamas.live, @missypyjamas.product and @missypyjamas.style), using TikTok's own tools, including TikTok's official API. We keep the comment text, your public TikTok username and display name, and the comment's ID, so our customer service team can answer your question and keep a record of our replies.

When you buy from us, your order is placed on TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada. Those platforms process your order, payment and delivery details under their own privacy policies and share with us only what is needed to fulfil the order.

How we use it

Only to answer your questions, reply to your comments, process and deliver your orders, and handle returns and complaints. Every reply we post to a comment is written or approved by a member of our team.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing. We use service providers that store data for us — for example, our email and document tools — under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep comment and message records only as long as needed for customer service and our business records, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

This website

This website does not have user accounts, forms or advertising, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop replying to your comments, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 21 days.
